Is ClearWork really free right now?
Yes. Every plan — Free, Pro, and Studio — is 100% free until we welcome our first 50 users, with full Studio-level features unlocked. No credit card required. The prices shown on this page are what plans will cost after that, so you can plan ahead.
When will paid plans start?
Pricing kicks in once we've onboarded our first 50 users. We'll give everyone plenty of notice before any plan starts charging, and the freelancers and agencies who join now lock in the best terms we'll ever offer.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. ClearWork charges a flat monthly subscription once paid plans begin — never a percentage of what you earn. Payments you collect via UPI, card, or net banking go straight to you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Your data, clients, and history stay exactly as they are.
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro is built for a single freelancer or consultant — up to 25 clients, one workspace for your own work. Studio adds a team seat, unlimited clients, white-labelled documents and client portal, and multi-currency invoicing — built for agencies with a small team and multiple clients to manage.
